### 当社に入社した理由は何ですか？

 

「会社の堅実さ」、「働きやすさ」に惹かれ入社しました。 当社は複数の自社製品を有しながら、コンソーシアム方式のERPパッケージ「GRANDIT」のコアメンバーでもあります。企業が存続・発展するための軸を複数持っており、その中身も「自社製品」、「GRANDITの重鎮」である当社は「堅実」だと考えました。 また、就職活動中に面接などでオフィスを訪れる機会があり、実際に働く社員の姿を見て、人柄やオフィス環境を含めた「働きやすさ」を感じ取れました。

 

### **当社に入社してよかったと思うことは何ですか？**

 

充実した研修と想像以上の働きやすさに感激しました。 新社会人の誰もが不安に思う「ビジネスマナー」を皮切りに、ITの基礎やプロジェクト開発の流れ、データベースやプログラミング言語などのやや専門的な内容と、順を追って進行します。実務に向けた不安要素を解消できる丁寧な研修制度にとても満足しています。 また、入社後すぐ会社に溶け込むことができ、制度や環境を有効活用しながらストレス無く働けます。
