### 当社に入社した理由は何ですか？

 

就職活動において、「女性にとって働きやすい職場」と「新しいことにチャレンジできる会社」を大切にしていました。会社を探していたところ、常駐派遣型ではなく自社内開発中心であることやカジュアル勤務を推奨していることなどとても魅力と感じて、システムインテグレータに入社しました。

### 当社に入社してよかったと思うことは何ですか？

 

入社前にプログラム経験が足りないことなど心配していましたが、実際に入社して新人研修やフォロー制度が充実していると感じます。若手社員でも手を挙げれば仕事を任せてもらえることを実感でき、これから沢山の経験を積もっていきたいと思います。  
また、リモートワークやフレックスタイム制などワークライフバランスがとても充実したので毎日楽に働いています
