### 当社に入社した理由は何ですか？

 

私が新卒で入社した会社は基幹システム保守や導入サポートを行うIT企業でしたが、出産を期に退職しその後はパートタイムや業務委託のプログラマーとして働いていました。  
育児との両立という観点では問題なかったですが、雇用形態上「ちょっとプログラムが組めれば誰でもできる仕事」を任されることが多く、長く続けるイメージが持てずにいました。  
育児も徐々に落ち着いてきたこともあり、正社員かつまた基幹業務にかかわるシステムの仕事がしたいと思い、SIへの入社を決めました。

 

### 実際に入社してみてどうでしたか？

 

びっくりするほどホワイト企業でした。  
今まで在籍したり出向した会社と比べると段違いでした。  
サービス残業やパワハラ等が起きないように第三者が審査できるシステムをきちんと作っている会社だと思いますし、同じ部のメンバー・他部署の人とも話しやすく、対人面でのやりにくさは感じません。  
実業務に関しても、希望通り育児との両立もしやすい基幹システムの保守担当をさせてもらっています。ブランクがあるので勉強し直しながらですが希望していた仕事を任せてもらえていますね。  
プロジェクトの状況によっては負荷がかかるときもありますが、周囲の協力も得ながらメリハリをつけて働いています。
