### 当社に入社した理由は何ですか？

 

前職ではSIerとして、お客様のシステム構築や導入支援、SESとしてお客様先に常駐するなどしていましたが、どんなに頑張ってシステムを構築したとしても、最終的には自分の手元から離れてしまうことに、どこか物足りなさを感じていました。そんな中、自社製品を開発している会社を探していたところ、当社を見つけました。  
少ない社員数で東証一部上場、充実した福利厚生など、いろいろと理由はありますが、最終的には、人事担当の方や役員の方々の人柄の良さに惹かれ、この会社への入社を決めました。

 

 

### 実際に入社してみてどうでしたか？

 

自社製品の開発をしているのもあって、社員のみなさん、技術力が高い方たちばかりです。日々、最新技術を追い求めていて、尊敬できる方々がたくさんいるのは魅力の一つです。  
また、社員の数も少なく、まだまだ発展途上なので、自分の力で会社をよくする活動もやりやすいですし、製品の企画なども声を上げやすいです。もちろん、案が採用されるかどうかは内容次第ですが、そういったチャンスがあるというのは、エンジニアとしては良い環境なのではないかなと思います。  
他にも、フレックス制度とリモートワーク制度があるため、自分の働きやすい手段をとることができます。
